ERP for construction and contracting
A contractor's day does not end when the site closes: after that comes the sorting out of timesheets, receipts and invoicing. Kirjus is built so that the second working day disappears.
What gets recorded in construction
Hours by site and work type, with overtime itemised. Material purchases with receipts straight from the site. Daily allowances and mileage when the site is in another town. Equipment locations and fault reports. A site diary with weather, materials and photos.
A site diary without a separate notebook
The foreman records the day on a phone: work phase, weather and temperature, work done, materials used and observations. Photos are tagged as before, during or after. When the client asks later what was done, the answer exists.
Work phases named after your own work
The phase list belongs to the company. A flooring contractor writes in grinding, priming, levelling and coating; a painting firm writes in preparation and coats of paint. The software does not force a foreign vocabulary on anyone.
The client sees the progress
The client can be given a view link for following the reports and photos of their own site. It cuts down phone calls and emails, and shows the client that the work is under control.
From contract to invoice
The quote is built from lines and the customer accepts it from a link. An accepted quote becomes a site that hours are logged against, and approved hours become an invoice. The same information carries through without being keyed in again.
FAQ
Does Kirjus suit a one-person business?
Yes. Getting started takes no consultant, and you can keep only the modules you need — for instance just hours and invoicing.
What if there is no network on site?
Saving an entry requires a connection at that moment. In practice hours and reports are entered at the end of the day, when there usually is one.
Can subcontractors be included?
Yes. A subcontractor gets a link of their own for confirming shifts and acknowledging site instructions, with no user account.

Time logging
The employee logs hours on a phone against a site and a work type, and the supervisor approves them. Overtime, breaks and billability are handled separately. Try it free for 30 days.
Work reports
A diary of what was done at the site: work phase, conditions, materials, observations and photos before, during and after.
Expenses and receipts
The receipt is photographed with the phone camera and the expense is allocated to the right job. VAT is calculated automatically according to the expense type.
Daily allowances and mileage
Full and partial daily allowances, the meal allowance and mileage allowances with trailer and passenger supplements, according to the Tax Administration's current values.
Equipment and fault reports
Machine location, the person responsible and the service date in one list. Fault reports from the site with photos, the cost of the repair and the service history.
Invoicing
An invoice assembled from approved hours, expenses and trips, a printable A4 and a Finvoice file for e-invoicing.
You can set it up yourself in a few minutes. No credit card is asked for.
