The trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. We do not ask for a card at setup and we charge nothing unless you place an order.
After 30 days the accounts still work and every entry can be read and exported. New entries cannot be made until an order is placed. You can place the order in the service yourself, and it opens up at once by card payment or straight away against an invoice.
If you do not want to continue, you need do nothing. Tell us when the data can be deleted and we will delete the whole company database.
You can pay by payment card, by invoice sent as email or by e-invoice. A monthly subscription is invoiced monthly and runs until further notice: it ends at the close of the current billing period, with no notice period. On an annual subscription you pay for 10 months and get the rest thrown in.
Billing is based on the number of active user accounts at the time of invoicing. When an employee's account is closed, you stop paying for them.
