ERP for property maintenance and facility upkeep
In property maintenance the work repeats and the sites are many. The question is not what was done today, but what has been done at this site during this contract period.
Recurring sites as a list
Every property under maintenance is a site of its own that hours and expenses are logged against. The contract period's accumulation sits behind the site, so profitability is visible per site and not only for the company as a whole.
A service round is logged in one go
The round's hours are logged against the site and work type straight from a phone. Observations and defects go into the report with photos, so there is something to show the property manager.
Vehicles and mileage
Maintenance driving piles up mileage every day. The mileage log fills in at the end of the drive, and business and private trips stay apart for the tax authority. Inspection and insurance dates live in the same register.
A view link for the property manager
A contract customer can be given a link showing the maintenance reports for their own property. It is concrete evidence of the work done when the contract is renegotiated.
FAQ
Can one customer have several sites?
Yes. A customer can have any number of sites, and each collects its own hours and expenses.
Is the daily allowance module needed?
Not necessarily. In property maintenance the work is often local, and daily allowances can be switched off in settings, after which they do not appear in the menu.
