Invoicing and bookkeeping without the ERP side

Not every industry needs operations management. For a consultant, an expert firm, an online shop, an association or a landlord it is enough that the invoice goes out and the books are up to date. In the Finance package the modules for recording work are switched off and do not clutter the menu.

An invoice goes out in a minute

Customer, lines, reference number and due date. The invoice goes out by email or as an e-invoice, and the payment is matched from the bank statement by its reference. Recurring invoices go out on their own and overdue ones are chased without anyone watching them by hand.

Bookkeeping without a separate program

Every invoice, purchase invoice and bank statement transaction is posted into double-entry bookkeeping. The VAT return, the recapitulative statement of EU sales, the financial statements and the tax return all come out of the same material.

Purchase invoices to an address of your own

The company gets an invoicing address of its own. A supplier's PDF or e-invoice is read automatically: amount, due date, reference and account number are picked off the invoice, the invoice is approved and the payment batch is turned into a bank file.

Extendable later

If a need to record work comes up — hours, equipment, site reports — the modules are switched on in settings and nothing has to be migrated. Same account, same books, same customer register.

FAQ

Does this suit a sole trader?

Yes. Getting started takes a few minutes and nothing needs to be installed. For a one-person company, invoicing and bookkeeping are often the only parts needed.

Can the accountant use the same account?

Yes. The accountant is given a user account of their own and sees the vouchers, reports and official filings in the same place. No separate data transfer is needed.

Is time logging needed for invoicing?

No. Invoice lines are written directly or taken from a quote. Time logging is a module of its own, and in this package it is switched off.
