Casual workers and subcontractors on board without accounts

Not everyone working on a site is on the company payroll. They still need to know when to turn up and what has been agreed.

A link of their own, no user account

A party is added with a name, a role and contact details, and receives an address of their own. The link works as it is on a phone, and nobody has to create an account for a one-off job. The link can be revoked, after which it stops working immediately.

Shifts are offered and confirmed

A shift is given a role, a time and the number of people needed. The party sees the offered shift from their own link and accepts or declines it. The supervisor sees the staffing status directly: two of three confirmed.

Messages that must be acknowledged

A site message can require an acknowledgement. That way you know who has read the gate code or the safety instruction and who has not. The acknowledgements are shown to the supervisor by name.

FAQ

Does a party see all the site's information?

No. A party sees their own shifts and the messages addressed to them, not the company's other information.

What happens when the job ends?

The link can be given an expiry date or revoked by hand, after which the address stops working.
