A booking calendar for spaces, machines and crews
Two crews booked on the same machine at the same time is a mistake noticed only on site. A shared calendar prevents it in advance.
Everything bookable in one view
A resource can be a space, a crew, a machine or anything else that gets booked. The month view shows the bookings day by day, each with its time, name and status.
Overlaps are blocked at once
If the resource is already booked, the new booking is refused and the message says which booking is in the way and at what time. The error surfaces at the moment of booking, not on site.
An option that releases itself
A provisional booking is given a date by which it must be confirmed. If no confirmation comes, the option is released automatically and does not block the calendar for nothing.
FAQ
Can a booking be attached to a site?
Yes. A booking can be linked to a site, so all the site's resources are visible together.
Are past bookings visible?
Yes. You can browse backwards in the calendar, and bookings that took place are distinguished by a mark of their own.
